Description:

So last year I hosted a week of your crap swap, which was a big success. I AM planning to host that again, but not until February. In the meantime, I thought it might be fun to do a small version with a twist...

For this swap you will have 1 partner. You will take 1 envelope, and each day you will take 1 piece of ephemera for your life and write something on it. At the end of the week, seal it up and mail it off. Ephemera can be a ticket stub, a clothing tag, a piece of packaging, perhaps an interesting shape cut from so,e funky mail you got that day. The sky is the limit, but so is two postage stamps! This swap should cost you 1-2 regular first class stamps to mail, so think small, but interesting! So what do you write on these bits of daily life? Write why you chose that piece, or a quote, or interesting fact about you, or the best/worst thing about your day, anything that floats your boat and toots your horn!

Questions or comments? Shoot me a pm! As always, I'm more than happy to angel although I'm sure no one will need that in this amazing group of swappers!

Can ephermera piece be a receipt, an item you bought and the meaning of it? I don't mean average groceries, but other items.

Technically speaking the receipt is the actual ephemera, no need to include an actual item...for instance, I could use the receipt from where I bought chicken feed, and on it write that I collected 23 eggs that day. Make sense?
