Private Swap: Deluxx & RefinedKitty

Each participant will create a displayable artwork (wall art, painting, sculpture, multi-media, altered book, whatever works!) representing her mid-life crisis! This means capturing and representing the nature of the crisis (work life, home life, artistic life, love life, healthy life, etc. — all or any aspects). Then, if desired, she can also represent in the artwork how she will be addressing the MLC. This part is not required, but could be a way to try to inspire solutions or strategies for coping. (If both parties end up not addressing solutions, that could be a subsequent swap.)

Once the work is created, each partner must bring the work to a lunch date on or about the date of the swap deadline (to be scheduled). The artwork will be shown and the artist will make an artist's statement about the work. The work itself will not be swapped. The swap requirement for completion is SHOWING the work.
