That means whatever February means to you - the sender. Winter, Love, Valentines Day, ground hog day.....etc....

General ATC guidelines..

*the ATC must be 2.5" x 3.5" (6,35 cm x 8,89 cm) *it must be made with a sturdy back *Write your name, date, swap name (and name of your ATC) on the back of your card
