Store bought or professionally printed postcards only. This means you can send a photograph you took as a postcard as long as it is printed as a postcard and not just glued to a piece of paper or written on (no hand made postcards).

This swap does not have a minimum rating because this is also for new people to the site to get their first ratings. However I will be checking ratings before sending and I will ban any excessive (recent) /unresolved 1s/3s. I am willing to angel if needed.

Senders choice for this swap.

Newbie requirements: A well filled out profile and has signed in recently.

Hello I am new to swap bot.....never have done this before :) Sorry if i ask a silly question or two..... Can I use a store bought post card or one I got on various vacations or ones ordered from internet? THEN, do I write a note on the post card and mail it to the person OR do I put a stamp on the postcard /KEEP it blank and put it in an envelope so my partner gets a postcard she can then use?? What is a naked postcard? Does that mean you just stamp it and send it in an envelope with NO writing on it? thank you for your help. Im excited to get started with a swap :)

Hi circlebfarms10! I'm also relatively new to swap-bot, but I'll share what I've learned in my short time here -- for whatever that's worth. :) The Help section (upper right corner of swap-bot page) has a handy Swap & Craft Term Glossary. Naked Postcard is thusly defined:

Naked Postcards – A postcard which is sent directly in the mail with a stamp – NOT sent in an envelope. Handmade envelopes can also be described as being sent “naked,” which means they are NOT sent within another protective envelope.

So for this swap you would take a store bought postcard (like one you bought on vacation) and mail it to your swap partner with a little note and stamp directly on the postcard -- just as if you were sending it from vacation.

Be sure to always include the name of the swap -- "Newbie Friendly PC Swap #2 - US Only" in this case -- and your swap-bot user name so the recipient can give you a rating.

Good luck and have fun!

I am so sorry I did not see these questions. I am new to hosting so I will make sure to check my swaps more regularly for questions on future ones I host. Thank you CreativityLane for answering circlebfarms10 questions.
