You don't need any fancy tools to do this with..if you have scissors, glue and a toothpick or comb you can quill like a pro.

I have posted in our forum videos on how to do this with homemade tools..using a comb or toothpick and how to cut your own strips ,,, of course if you have quilling tools then use them, but not everyone does and I don't want you to have to spend money to buy them in order to do this technique,,

Open theme and all media but have something visible quilled on your card...

card must be standard atc size 2.5" x 3.5"
