For this swap you will write a letter a page or more using the "cowboy" code. Handwritten please (yes. I said handwritten) Because the PO won't have the cypher you'll have to address it in English. Teee hee hee... I'm excited! International. Please include the name of the swap and your username! A rating of 4.97 will be required and 10 or more rated type two swaps. I will gladly angel this swap once you have made an attempt at communication with your partner AND rated a one. As always I reserve the right to ban at my discretion.
