IS: Jazz It Up PC #1 USA

If this is a PC swap, why is it a Type 3? Read on, my friend...

Have you looked at a postcard in your stash and thought, "I wish this card wasn't so plain?" No more wishing, it's time to do something about it! Grab your washi, glitter, stickers, punches, stamps, whatever you think will jazz up that card and make your improvements to the front. (If you remember my Anything Goes PC swap, it's the opposite of decorating the memo portion on the backside with your art.) You can consider this a Sender's Choice swap, since you'll be choosing your "boring" card. The idea isn't to completely cover up the original design, it's to add your own embellishments and make it more interesting than it was originally. Think of it as adding to a large ATC. Can we make ATPCs a thing?

Instagram Bonus: This isn't going to be a requirement but it'll be a fun little extra... Take a picture of your jazzy, snazzy postcard BEFORE you mail it and post it to your instagram with #ISJazzItUpPC1USA; only show the embellished front of your card, not the message side with your partners info. When you RECEIVE your PC take a photo and post it with the same hashtag. We'll have a nice little collection of before and after PCs and see how they fared through the postal system on their journeys. This will be on the honor system and will NOT be part of the ratings.

Rating: Even if the PC you receive looks like it's been around the globe a couple of times and maybe got run over by a few trains along the way, if it arrives in your mailbox give your partner a 5. Tip: Put your return address on your card in case the post office determines it can't be delivered as is so it can be returned to you. If that happens to be the case, you must contact your partner and let them know that the card was returned and you will be resending it in an envelope. You must resend!

Remember: This PC is going to be mailed naked and stamped to your partner so don't go overboard with 3D elements. You don't want everything to be ripped off and destroyed as soon as it goes through the meter at the post office.

USA vs INTERNATIONAL: This particular swap is USA only. Please feel free to host and angel an international version if you're interested. I will angel this swap if necessary, after appropriate ratings are given. Hence, this is not an international swap because of postage costs if I have to angel overseas.
