Description:
One of the things I enjoy the most about Swap-bot is learning about new people and places. Let's show each other something about where we live through our fabric choices! Here's what you'll do: Purchase 1 yard (36 inches or 91.4 cm) of good quality cotton fabric that represents where you live. Cut your fabric into four fat quarters (FQs). You will send 1 FQ to each of your three partners and keep the 4th FQ for yourself. Include a note in your swap package telling a little bit about where you live and why the fabric you've chosen represents where you live. A note about FQs. To make a fat quarter, cut your yard of fabric at the halfway mark both vertically and horizontally to make four equal quarters. The rough measurements will be 18 inches by 22 inches, or 45.7 cm by 55.9 cm. This swap will be open to all group members in good standing. Please send on time and don't forget to rate your partner when you receive. Happy swapping! :-)
