Description:

I know I have a large stash of paper things... ephemera, bits and pieces, scraps, clippings, pieces of fancy paper, images, cardstock, used postcard and notecards, old photos, scrapbook paper, envelopes, ticket stubs, used postage stamps, old drawings and doodles, stationery pieces, forms, labels, brochures, vintage ephemera, and more. Let's pass some of this along.

Send an assortment of interesting paper items that can be used in smashbooks, art journals, junk journals, collage, ATCS, altered art items, decoupage, mixed media pieces... there's probably a lot more you can do with these but I love sticking these things into a smashbook or altered book!

You will have 2 partners and you will send each partner an envelope containing at least 15 pieces of stuff. You are welcome to send more if you have a lot you need to destash!

You are more than welcome to send commercially made items from the craft store, but you may also include things that are more junky or trashy for this swap. If something catches your eye, if it's nice paper that has something visually interesting about it, it's ok if it is from some sort of product packaging or from a piece of junk mail, etc! (As long as it's relatively clean and doesn't have food residue on it or something.) It's actually very rewarding to create something out of what most people would see as trash and to notice what is interesting or beautiful about something instead of just tossing it.

This is USA only. If there is interest in doing this internationally let me know.
