If statistics are to be believed, a lot of people here are battling the bulge (myself included). What better way to fight this battle than with a friend to support you?
For this swap, youâ€™ll be sending a handwritten 2-3 page letter to your partner, telling them all about your weight loss issues. How have you gotten to where you are? Have you lost weight successfully? Whatâ€™s your weight history like? These letters may actually serve as a bit of introspection, possibly, to help you with your weight loss.
Thatâ€™s it! Itâ€™s that simple. Hopefully you and your partner will continue to write and support each other.
