Washi sample advents calendar swap- International

After nearly a year on swap-bot, I figure it is time for me to venture into the world of hosting swaps. I have yet to see this idea presented in the current various Christmas themed swaps and having done it previously in direct swaps I know what a blast it can and will be.

I am setting this swap so early in the season 1) to allow time to assemble it (and please note this well be senders choice so you can prep early) and 2) to allow ample time for international delivery before Christmas.

You will have one partner for which you will assemble a washi sample advents calendar.

*You will wrap each washi individually (think paper envelopes, wrapping paper, pouches, etc).

*You could either number them or if you prefer you can use an unnumbered grab bag style where they can pull one every day (but they must still be concealed, not just loose) .

*You need to prep 24 samples, with a minimum of 12 different washis, the more the merrier. You may use seasonal washis winter, Christmas etc as long as it is pertinent to the season or upcoming holidays.

• No plastic tapes for the simple fact they do not wrap and unwrap well without ripping

• Each sample should be at least 50cm

• For day 25 Christmas you will include one flat surprise.

I have listed this as a type 3 due to the nature of the swap as well as the size. Please keep in mind this is international, but washis are light.

I am setting the minimum feedback to 4,97 no unresolved or excessive 1 or 3's. Unfortunately for this swap I am not opening it up to new members without ratings, but I will in other swaps I open.

I will be selective and check all profiles, in the event of a flake I will angel.

This will be a blind swap in that you will receive a package but not start opening until Dec 1 if you receive a package with 24 wrapped washi samples and 1 wrapped surprise please rate a 5. If you feel that a lot of extra love or effort went into it, it may be worthy of a heart.

Please only sign up if you intend to make a super special swap for someone, no one wants a thrown together Christmas surprise, this should bring joy for a month.

Update 10/3, I changed the minimum rating from 4.98 to 4.97 as it was brought to my attention that it exempted many long term active members who have an exceptional history on swap-bot but experienced a single low rating even when taking measures to resolve, which I totally understand and have experienced myself. I will continue to check every single participant's profile and feedback, and I am prepared to Angel in all of my swaps (allowing time for international delivery and after a 1 rating is left).
