State by State Postcard Swap

I am so excited to finally be able to host my own swap!!!! Yes, I am a NEWBIE but this swap is the reason I joined swap-bot to begin with. So please remember I am not a seasoned swapper like most of you but I am learning the ropes and i LOVE it!!!

We homeschool my 8yr old son. His History/Geography lessons coming up will have him studying the 50 United States. I thought getting a postcard from all 50 would be a fun way for him to learn about individual places. He loves to get something in the mail as much as I do, so we are both just a little excited.

So, for this swap you will have 5 partners. Send 1 postcard to each of the 5 partners. Store bought cards only, no homemade cards, please! Postcard needs to have something on it about the state you are sending from. It can be a state map, historical landmark, state bird/flower...as long as it tells something about the state. PCs should be sent naked and feel free to write an interesting fact about your state on the back of the card.

We want to eventually recieve a PC from every state, so I am going to make this a regular swap until we have reached our goal. You will have 5 days to join and then 5 days to send. Swap is open to US Only, no international swappers will be able to join. I will open this to fellow NEWBIES but please no flakers!! If you run into some personal issues and you are going to be late sending, please contact your swap partners and myself, letting us know. I will check profiles for all that sign up. If i see a problem with no sends on your ratings I will ban you from this swap and all future swaps that I host.
