mpu: washi studies atc

The crushingly creative @Heynowokay sent out some very cool washi study ATC's in the randomail this month and the idea was so neat now it's a swap. :D

Your ATC must contain one strip of patterned washi tape and one stripe of you trying to replicate the pattern on the washi tape.

That's the basic idea. You can do multiple studies on one card, fill in blank space (or not) or otherwise execute the idea however you see fit.

Any medium is fine. Sender's choice. You don't need to consider yourself an awesome artist to join. It'll look neat no matter what level you are :D
