Description:

I have marked this swap a Type 3 because I believe it involves preparation and preparation takes time.

Beginning on December 12th and for a total of 12 consecutive days your challenge is to do something nice for someone/something or a group of someones.

The holidays are always a rushed time of the year and although we want things to go smoothly sometimes it just doesn't happen.

Based on the song 12 Days of Christmas each day you will do something different to spread holiday cheer.

Example Day 1 - perhaps you will pay for 1 person you don't knows drive thru order that you don't know. (its an example only)

Day 6 - perhaps you'll make 6 holiday cards and hand them out to strangers

Day 12 - perhaps you'll donate 12 canned items to a food bank

These are just examples, but I wanted everyone to get the idea, so for each day, whatever you do corresponds to the day. Start thinking about it now, so you can plan and prepare.

The Second Part of this is - after the 12 Days are over, remember they start on the 12th of December. YOU will be writing a letter to one partner telling them what you did each day, this is NOT just a list. Its an actual letter with details to share.

Some things you could also include - effects it had on people that you may have brought a smile to, how this made you feel personally.

Since the 12 days end just before Christmas, your letter doesn't need to be out to your partner til after the holidays. So you have time.
