For this swap, find one 30-day fitness challenge. There are SO many readily available online: arms, abs, butt, wall sits, beach body, etc. Print a copy of your chosen challenge for your partner.
On your partner's copy, write the date and a simple yes (for completed) or no (for not completed) on each day #1 - #30. When the 30 days is up, you will send the challenge with your margin notes to your partner. Also be sure to write a few sentences, on a notecard or stationery, about what you liked (at least 1 thing) and something you disliked (at least 1 thing) about the challenge you chose.
