Cuttle-y cephalopods make life better ... so let's send a little octopus love to a partner. The internet has many great octopus project patterns, some free and some a few $$s. Here are some fun ones: Very realistic crochet octopus $, ball-like continuously knitted octopus, knitted tentacle scarf $, tower of stackable cuttlefish, octopus mitts, cyclops kitty octopus from Coraline by Neil Gaiman, realistic crochet octopus $, octopus washcloth, realistic knitted octopus, crocheted octopus hairclip $, and, well, there are 14 pages of octopus patterns on Ravelry ... including beer bottle cozies, hats, balaclavas, coffee cozies, dish scrubbies, and demi-cephalopods suitable for knitting onto a sweater or hat. Needle felters .. let me know if you find a needle-felted octopus tutorial! So ... make an octopus or cephalopod for one lucky partner -- say, 1 to 2 evenings worth of effort. Enjoy getting your tentacles into a fun effort :) I will angel all unsent swaps and screen all swappers, fell free to contact me with concerns.
