Priority shipping bubble-padded priority mailers (FLAT rate envelope). The rate is 7.20 to mail.

(DO NOT use a small priority mail box). You can get FREE priority envelopes from the post office or order them at www.usps.gov

A medium size flat rate envelope is I think 12.35. But I could be wrong.

The padded flat rate envelope is 7.15 and fits a lot more in it than the regular flat rate envelope that costs around 6.90.

Thanks shinyserra - the padded flat rate envelope is the one that should be used. I actually have 2 different kinds. One has more of a bubble like feel to it (inside and out) the other one has a paper like feel on the outside and bubbles on the inside. Either one is fine - although I prefer the former.
