Description:

Personally, I like postcards because they give me a snippet of somebody's life. So why not use them to tell your life?

For this swap, you will be sending out SEVEN POSTCARDS. They will be WRITTEN ON, but sent together in an envelope. (And hey, because of that, you can say a whole lot more because you can write on the whole back.)

EACH POSTCARD WILL REPRESENT A DIFFERENT DAY AND SHOULD PERTAIN TO WHAT YOU DID THAT DAY. One card per day for a week.

So lets say Monday you have lunch at Cheekwood's Pineapple Room. Get a Cheekwood postcard and use that for the day. Saturday you didn't leave the house, use a card from your city. Etc. Cards should not be duplicated.

Cards should all or mostly be purchased (Zazzle or whatnot is fine). For this swap, I will allow up to two free/ad cards, providing they fit the day and you can write on thr back. (IE you spent 10 hours at the mechanic and they had a postcard). Do NOT use an ad card that advertises your own business.

You can start the cards at any point, since your partner is irrelevant to what you did that day. Make sure to date each card. Cards need to be for one consecutive week.

Because of the nature of the swap, I am only allowing people with 20 or more type 2 or 3 swaps in good standing.

Remember, you are sending 7 postcards in one envelope.
Rate your partner a 5 if the cards fit the criteria and was sent on time. Journaling is a requirement, so the postcards need to have more than a sentence on them.

"A week of postcards" is a delightful concept where each day brings a fresh glimpse into someone's world. From scenic landscapes to heartfelt messages, it's a journey through emotions. Yet, like a finely tuned engine, these postcards also offer engine diagnostics of the sender's life, revealing glimpses of their joys, challenges, and aspirations.
