Those fancy store-bought coloring book postcards are awesome, but I don't have any, so I'm making my own! Want to join me? Read the requirements below! TO MAKE A COLORING POSTCARD Tear a page out of a coloring book (or print a free one). Adult coloring books or images for children are all ok. Color it in by hand using your favorite colors and medium. Crayons, colored pencils, watercolors, markers, or anything else you can think of! Or have your kid color it in for you! Affix your beautiful creation to a piece of scrap cardboard. Thin cereal box cardboard works great! Corrugated card board from Amazon boxes does not. (4.25" x 6" is the largest your postcard can be in order to qualify for USPS First Class postcard postage rate.) Don't try to fit the whole image on the cardboard. You're going to have to crop it to get it to fit, so crop creatively! Write a little message to your partner on the back. Address it, stamp it, and send it on its way! REQUIREMENTS You will send ONE postcard to ONE partner. This is an international swap. Handmade coloring page postcards only. Swap is SENDER'S CHOICE but feel free to check your partner's profile for ideas. Please DO NOT rate down if you do not like the image/colors/medium/etc. Send your postcard "naked" (written, addressed, and stamped). Remember to include your Swap-Bot ID and swap name on your postcard so your partner knows who to rate! 4.9 minimum rating. No unresolved 1's or 3's. No new swappers this time, sorry! I reserve the right to remove swappers at my discretion. Last day to sign up/drop 6/11/17. Send by 6/18/17. HAPPY COLORING! :) |
