Description:

'Tis the year of the backward facing artichoke. (Has been since January!) No matter how late, celebrating a new year is worthy and should be done and in partner's hands well prior to Hogswatch, nay even prior to the upcoming eclipse (August 20 in North America).

Celebrate the bountiful brassicas that carpet the landscape beyond Ankh-Morpork with an item that you can afford to mail, be it a greeting card, a postcard, an envelope of goodies, ... Cleverness and erudite words are rewarded over material goodies (usually... the power of the dark, dark chocolate can not be underestimated, although the heated days of summer are upon many of our AMOPWBFS flock). Media is sender's choice: paint, cut, weave, draw, quill, fabric, ink, or combine for a multi-media. Tip from DEATH: use just fur or feathers as birds and other small animals will not want to stay on your card.

Alas I can not personally receive any cabbage-scented items, but for other participants without the weight of allergies, I believe that might bring you a star.

Size & envelope choice are also sender's choice - but some partners prefer 4x6 inches and some really want them in an envelope. Postcard must be at least 3.5 x 5 inches, use a sturdy enough backing, if it's not too fragile, send naked. (Adhere items will even if you do not mail naked.) Rate kindly.
