This swap is a type 3 swap because it is more than just sending a birthday card. You will pick out 3 items from the dollar store and include it with a card and a note and then pick one profile based item to send your new friend! Postage for this swap should not exceed 2.00 and the minumum amount spent should be 5.00

Make sure the package is decorated with happy birthday goodness and that it will be fun to open!

If your partner sends the above description then rate fairly. No lste sends on this! No flakers allowed in this swap! I will check profiles!

Minimum price for a package is 2.67, so there is no way to mail this swap for 2.00 or less. So it would need to be a type 2 flat swap and the card and all 4 items would need to be flat enough to qualify as a letter rather than a package.

No, Its still a type 3 swap. It IS possible to mail flat items for less than 2.00
