Beautiful Things

I sit in at work for a good chunk of the day, a stone's throw from the ocean, but unable to actually go out and see it. I'm so close to a beautiful thing, and yet when I get off work, I'm too tired to go down to enjoy it.

So here's the deal - take 10 photos of different things you find beautiful. This could be as simple as taking a photo of a particularly beautiful flower, or as complex as taking photos of concepts (i.e. individuality, love, etc). These should be new photos, not photos you already have. You'll send these as 4x6 prints to your partner, along with one beautiful thing from nature, such as a shell, a stone, a feather, etc - it can be either found or bought, which means that things like polished stones do count. Please keep in mind that if you want to send a flower, it should be dried and packaged carefully to avoid mold.

If you have only a digital camera and no printer, you can always go to sites like walmart.com, costco.com, walgreens.com, etc and order your prints through there to pick up at their location in an hour. It's actually a very inexpensive way to do it (I think WalMart charges 22 cents per print, Costco charges 17).
