I haven't been well recently and would have enjoyed so many little things whilst I was in hospital so I thought I would set this swap up. You will stuff an a4 envelope or small parcel with things you think someone would like to take care of them. Ideas Fluffy socks/puzzle book(keep mind busy), lip balm, toiletries, snacks, tissues, book, notepad and pen etc if there is anything like allergies or dislikes please write below and check your partners profile if you send this second class it should only cost Â£2.80 so low postage

It still says international at the top! Also Republic of Ireland is same price as Europe, just a consideration!
