Gobarb, it can be either handmade or store bought but, do not be disappointed if you send a handmade one & receive a store bought one.

My question is inspired by a quote I read recently,
"What if we said: 'She's beautiful, but so am I' instead of: ' She's beautiful and how do I measure up to her?'" :)
So my question is: What is your favorite physical quality about yourself, and/or, what makes you feel beautiful inside and out? (If I end up with a man for a partner, this is the question, and I'm sticking to it! Men can be "beautiful" too!) ;)

What a great idea!! My question stems from a recent article I read. The article was about how time seems to go faster as you get older. They say that the reason for this is because we clump memories together. For instance, a child can go to the park and she will remember playing with 3 friends, going down the slide 5 times, going on the swings, going on the monkey bars, etc. Whereas we would view it as going to the park. In order to 'slow down' time, we should single out more memories, be more mindful and in the moment and be grateful. So, my question is, what has happened today that let you be in that moment? (This can also help you to be more mindful!) It doesn't have to be a complex answer! Something really simple or that you might think is small but as long as you were in the moment, that is being mindful!
