Swap details

For this swap, we have a longer sign up period to enable you to prepare your digital wish list. This isn't a standard digital wish list this is all about getting ready for Christmas.

Create a wish list, with Etsy or Pinterest and go on the hunt for digital items that will help you get ready for Christmas. They don't all need to be on Etsy. They can come from all over. BUT keep in mind that some pages might require U.S credit cards or addresses and your partner may not be from the U.S.

So think about your crafts, hobbies and likes. Perhaps you need some digital scrapbooking kits or papers, crochet patterns for gifts, knitting, sewing, woodwork, Christmas ornament or lighting patterns and worksheets. Plastic Canvas and beading patterns. Printables for recipe cards, bag toppers (think Snowman soup, reindeer noses), Christmas Gift Tags, SVG's and papercraft templates for decorations, holiday cards. Envelopes. Recipes or Recipe subscriptions. Or perhaps even a few e-gift cards for your favourite DIY shop or hobby suppliers. Maybe even some festival timetable or 'to do' lists. Or a discounted Craftsy class. The digital offerings are almost as limited as our imaginations. The only restriction is it must be digital, no physical items.

When partners are assigned, you go to their wish list and select around $10 worth of digital goodies to send them. This may seem a lot of digital goodies for some crafts and hobbies, but for other crafts and hobbies, $10 is around average. For example, a Craftsy has a Decorated Gingerbread class for $10USD.

Rules:

  • As this is a $10 (let's use USD as the exchange) swap you will need a rating of 4.98 with no recent unexplained 1's or 3's.
  • Flakers will be named and shamed in the group.
  • I will angel if needed - so I am invested in checking people's profiles.
  • Your digital wish list must have at least 10 digital "getting ready" items. Your items must offer the sender some options. Remember some sites don't allow those outside the states to purchase. Be realistic, if your digital items are all around 99c, you will need to add quite a few more than 10 to offer your partner options. If you have any questions about your partner's list, you should contact your partner first. I will help out where I can, and I will angel if needed.
