International swap (non-USA swappers only!)No Newbies! Read your partner's profile and send something wonderful-maybe it's her favorite treat, or something unusual you find in her profile, or supplies to make her favorite craft, just be creative and thoughtful. If you absolutely must have a spending amount, I'd say somewhere around $8 or so. This swap will be international but no USA swappers this time. ThatÂ´s an opportunity to all other countries to send to/receive from other countries. Please, give us a chance to get packs from other countries too!:) the rules: Everyone will have 2 parterns to send to. Everyone will send 2 items for each partner. Send more for hearts :) You MUST have a rating of 4.9 or higher to join this and needs rating from any swap but e-swaps, label swaps, postcards swaps, penpal swaps or other inexpensive swaps. If you have completed only swaps like that IÂ´ll have to ban you, sorry! Any country is welcome but USA. Sorry, USA swappers! I'll ban anyone who has recent no-sends, low ratings, or no ratings and of course, fill out your profile completely. Any questions (or suggestions), please leave a comment.

i don't think it's meant to disrespect the USA at all. there are many many USA-only swaps. and in practically every swap we join, the majority of the swappers are from the USA. i think that all the swap coordinator wants is to give swappers an opportunity to receive from other countries

I agree with thatshot7 there are many swaps that are meant for USA only - let us non USA swapbotters have a chance here too

I am in the US and I applaud this swap - I think it is inclusive to Canada and other areas outside of just Europe too - I think that was the Coordinators intent - I do not see it as being mean to the US - we have our share of swaps. No hard feelings from this US swapper! Y'all have fun :D
