quick turnaround atc swap #2 international

I am going to have an international version of my quick atc swaps so that those overseas can join in as well. I will not do this one daily but I will do it at least 2x weekly. If you are in the US, feel free to join both usa and international version. If you are like me, the more atcs the better. :)

The new swap limit is great other than for those who signed up for atc swaps that end in march 2009. This atc swap will be a series of quick signup/partners assigned/mail out/sign up for more swaps I will be hosting. Sign up today and partners will be assigned the next day.

I will check profiles prior to assigning partners. 4.8 or higher or newbies must have completed profiles. If lower than 4.8 with valid reason, PM me and I will consider.

1 ATC to 1 partner. Theme can be anything. Have fun and make a nice card you would want to receive yourself
