SHARED POCKET LETTER EXPERIENCE

BEFORE WE BEGIN THIS A LONG TERM COMMITMENT & HIGH QUALITY SWAP

- Please take your time and enjoy adding your pocket letters, even if its your own journal make sure your partner would love to receive what you are sending.

- If you don't want to be a part of this swap for 20 or more rounds

- If you are not willing to commit to spending over $50 in postage by the time it is all over.

*- If a year is too long to wait to finish a swap & get your pocket letters back.

I'm sorry to be blunt, but I also want to be honest, and up-front to protect the swappers who do.

HOW THIS WORKS FOR FIRST ROUNDERS

1. If this is your first round: Find a *MEAD 2 Pocket & Print Folder By Five Star 11”x9”** I got mine at Office Depot in White. Or something similar (i know its back to school and they are probably cleared out of them)

2. On the inside of the back pocket cover should be a clear pouch to add an index card with the info: YOUR SWAP NAME & ADDRESS

3. Your first pocket letter will be in the theme about you

4. Make sure your pocket letters are decorative on the back side and don’t forget to add your letter in the middle about your self.

5. The about you pocket letter should be more artsy less things to use or gifty bc you are are essentially receiving your journal back when this is over.

6. Add you your pocket letter to your journal and voila you are finished.

That’s it: Send it off to your partner on or before the send date. WITH TRACKING NUMBER

NATURE THEME

1. Design a pocket letter according to the swap theme you signed up for, I will have a different theme to go by each round.

2. Add your pocket letter page to the folder you receive

HOW TO RATE SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CONFUSION, THIS IS MANDATORY.

1. All 9 pockets must be filled no sticker slapping here! Back must be completed with decorative paper so it looks finished.

2. All pocket letters must have a letter in the middle: your intro letter if it’s your first round and if your in a theme write about your inspo and even a little about yourself.

3. Post on or before the send date WITH TRACKING NUMBER No late swaps & if you are please contact your partner

Swapping late and not contacting your partners not only slows the next round up but also worries your swap partners who have signed up for the next round

1. Mailing, please DO NOT POST AS MEDIA MAIL, it causes issues, your swap being sent back or your partner having to pay for your swap due sending wrong.

If the above 5 points have been sent to you correctly mark a 5. If pocket letters don’t follow guidelines themes or arrive with out letter in middle rate a 3. If you receive nothing rate a 1 and let me know because I track the travels of all our folders and who they are with at current standings.

OTHER WONDERINGS:

IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR OWN FOLDER BACK

Please follow these steps:

1. Follow the theme guidelines for your pocket letter, remember you don’t need to add gifts and usable items as you will be receiving your folder back.

2. Add your letter to the middle pocket

3. Add Your Pocket Letter to the folder

SWAP QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be rated for at least 10 Type 3 Swaps

- Rating 5.0 or higher

- Well filled out profile

You will have two weeks to create your pocket letter and send your folder. Feel free to PM me if there are any questions. I will also angel if needed, but please only sign up if you are willing to participate, nobody likes a flaker
