Theme Ingredient Recipe Exchange - TOFU

While we encourage eating with the seasons there are staples in the kitchen as well. So this swap series will be about sharing recipes along a particular ingredient!

And the ingredient is: TOFU

Loved or detested it is the main source of protein for a large portion of the planet! Hopefully we will find new ways to use tofu, and perhaps even learn a recipe that makes it bearable to some ( like husbands:D)! SO send in you favorite, most creative, even unusual recipes!
