Description:

I love getting envelopes filled with random items. Sometimes there's things I can't use. But alot of times there are things I didn't realize I need and was missing...lol

For this swap you are going to put at least 3 items in an envelope, add a note with the swap name and seal it. When partners are assigned, address, stamp and mail it off to your partner.

Suggestions, but not limited to:

stickers

memo papers

bookmark

ribbon

washi samples

foreign coin

postcards

new and/or used stamps

gift tag

game/puzzle pieces

journal/smash items

I think you get the idea.

Please remember to rate a 5 as long as you receive the swap with at least 3 items. Add a heart if it's special to you. You are not suppose to rate lower if it's something you don't like or have no use for. I will be hosting again and you can re-gift the items you can't use.

Newbies welcomed, with a well filled out profile (I DO CHECK AND WILL BAN). No recent/unexplained low ratings. PLEASE check out my profile page and read the "About Swaps I Host" section for an in-depth explaination of my swap rules.

If you know of a bad swapper signed up for this swap, I appreciate being informed, but please DO NOT post to the comment section! Send me a PM and I will deal with it that way

What's the best way to send washi samples?

bluecrayons 12/ 7/2018 #

LadyBayou wrapped around a playing card.

You can also wrap it around old gift cards or pieces of plastic from item packaging!

Hi! I am very new to this site and I have just signed up to your swap. I do not know how this works but I pretty much know what a snailmail/swap works. My main question is, how will I get the person I will have to swap with? And how many? Sorry for these questions...:-)

@paperpanic - In the swap description above there's "Number of swap partners:" that will tell you how many partners the swap will have. There is ""Last day to sign up/drop" after this date the swap host assigns partners. "Date items must be sent by" pretty much explains itself. There is also "Location" this tells you where in the world the swap is

Unfortunately I will have to remove you from the swap because this swap is for USA only and you live in Canada. (Unless you also have a US address to send to. Some Canadian swappers live close to the US border and get a PO box in the US for swaps if you do have one I suggest you put the address at the very top of your profile so swap hosts and other swappers can see it first thing on your profile)

Is there a size requirement for the envelope?

institches 12/14/2018 #

@Iperry - as stated in the description there should be at least 3 items. I fill my envelopes as close to 1 ounce as I can

I got used postcards and Holiday cards from others to that person. shrug
