Oddities Un-Christmas Ornament

Get out your glue gun, those random ass bits and bobbles you keep in bins and boxes and buckets in your basement/attic and beneath your stairs and start putting together a really cool, artistic, kitschy/weird/odd ornament for your partner that will be kept in their crafting space all year long.

Due to postage this will be a USA only but please feel free to make a International one if you want, no need to ask.

Ideas for things to use:

Old doll parts

Altoid tin

Jar/ jar lids

Recycled objects (clean)

Scraps of fabric

Buttons

Brooches

Old earrings

Clean pieces of animal bones * if this is something you are not ok recieving please leave comment below

Dice

Puzzle pieces

Old game pieces

Vintage toys

Broken jewelry bits

Charms

Old kitchen utensils

Old thread spools

Vials or small baby food jars

Dominoes

Old photos or slides

You can paint, glue, decoupage.

What are you creating for your partner? Is it a hybrid creature, a little house, an abstract piece of art? The sky, (and your partners dislikes) is the limit!

For the rules: IN THE COMMENT SECTION LEAVE A COMMENT FOR YOUR PARTNER LETTING THEM KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY PHOBIAS OR THINGS YOU FIND OFFENSIVE THAT YOU DO NOT WANT EXPRESSED ON YOUR ORNAMENT. I.E. NUDITY, SPIDERS,SNAKES, ANIMALS PRODUCTS LIKE LEATHER OR BONES.

This can be a hanging ornament or a tabletop ornament.

It should be no smaller than 5 inches (wide OR tall- not both unless it just happens to turn out so.)

Make sure your item is well put together using glue, wire, sewn, etc so that it does not arrive to your partner in pieces.

If you get an ornament that follows the rules, give your partner a 5.

If you are flaked on, i will angel for you.

Sign ups end next week but I’m giving a month to finish and send out the swap so there is no pressure to finish during the holidays.
