WASHI PENPAL FUN for Cindi & Diane

Lets have fun with a nice pen pal letter just like our notebook fun but in letter form. We can still stuff the envelope with goodies if we want or just share a nice penpal moment, it is up to you. I think this swap I will be sending you some fun washi tape with my letter. You can include any kind of artwork that you want, ATC's, ATC coins, inchies, homemade pc....as much or as little as you want to include.
