Ever find yourself setting little goals, but you lose motivation and they just don't happen? The aim for this swap is to help us hold ourselves accountable for our weekly goals.

So - when you sign up, post at least three goals for the week of this swap. They can be as simple as, "Read a book", or as challenging as, "Write several chapters of a novel". Whatever your goals are for the week, however big or small, use this as a chance to hold yourself accountable and get things done! :)

I'll assign partners on a Sunday. You will have three partners. Send an e-mail to your partners - I suggest using BCC - on the following weekend, telling them how well you did in tackling your list. (If you accomplish all of your weekly goals sooner than the weekend, feel free to send off your e-mail sooner!)

If you haven't posted your goals for the week in the comments by the time I'm assigning partners, you will be removed from the swap. I reserve the right to ban as needed, but this group is well-maintained, so I doubt that'll be necessary.

My goals for the week starting Feb. 17th:

  • read another book from my 'to be read' list

  • organize pantry

  • inventory the chest freezer

  • make at least one new recipe, preferably two+

  • continue de-cluttering (unending task!)

  • fill out meal planning chart for the next month or so

My goals for the week:

  • continue decluttering (yep, same here, some of the flat surfaces seem to be magnets)
  • finish reading the book for the bookclub
  • crochet an item for Crafts for a Cause (or at least get it started)
  • listen to a podcast or a TED talk
  • hang the Imagine art piece in the apartment
  • design a photo book

My goals for the week are:

  • continue cleaning my pantry
  • I have a Deco Book to send home (I will check the adress first by email)
  • clean up my email (inbox & sent box)
  • visit CBK for an art exhibition. They have photographs at the moment (and I will visit a free lecture on Tuesday from one of the photographers)
  • look for a place (restaurant) where I want to celebrate my birthday (one is across the street of the CBK).
