This will be an International swap because I know that we are all, wherever we are, feeling the effects of the global credit crunch. Its not a tiny swap, but its intended to be useful AND fun! Read carefully, its a 2 parter! I thought it was a good idea to start the New Year with some great resolutions ......... I am always trying to find new ways to save money, fuel, energy, water etc, and live on a much tighter budget - I know a lot of us are in the same boat ........ SO, how about we share our little hints and tips to make things just a little easier? My idea is that we have 1 partner each and we create a notebook of hints and tips for them. The notebook can be new(or thrifted) or handmade, but must be decorated in bright, fun colours - (to keep us all smiling!) It needs to be a sturdy little book, to withstand a lot of use :) Inside the notebook you will decorate a minimum of 10 pages and include on them some of your hints and tips for beating the credit crunch - ideas for pages - recipes for budget family meals
There are so many ways to save - Im sure that each one of us can share some great ideas! The rest of the book will be blank so that your partner may add his/her own plans ........ The SECOND part of the swap is to include a coinpurse (again, handmade, new or thrifted) to help keep those pennies under control! Please put in a small denomination coin of your own currency - so that your partner can remember that he/she is not alone in these trying times! This shouldnt be an expensive swap in monetary terms, but will require thought and effort please. Swappers with a rating of 4.8 and above please - if you would like to discuss this then please PM me. Please also remember my golden rule ...... "Swap as you would wish to be swapped by" |
