This is the 2nd ATC in our journey to 9 ATC swaps so that you'll have a full collector's page 2019 set of Tim Holtz ATCs. For this swap you will make one ATC (2.5" x 3.5") for one partner. This will be sender's choice in terms of colors and theme. Just be certain to make it the correct size and to use a strong cardboard background. Use some coordinating paper, perhaps from your stash of paper pieces too large to throw away, on the back of the ATC to give it a professionally finished look. Add on the back the group name, swap name, your Swap-Bot Name, the date you made the ATC. Feel free to use Pinterest as an inspiration source of ideas. Just be sure it is in Tim Holtz style and that it uses plenty of his products. To receive a 5 rating, your ATC must: 1) Be correct ATC size (2.5" x 3'5). 2) Useat least 4 or 5 genuine Tim Holtz products or techniques. 3) Cover the back of the ATC with coordinating paper. 4) Provide on the back: swap group, swap name, Swap-Bot name, date the ATC was completed. 6) Write a brief personal note to you, talking about the ATC and something to get acquainted and pointing out the 4 or 5 Tim Holtz genuine supplies or techniques used in creating the ATC. Try to get a bit acquainted with your partner in this note card. 7) Send on time unless health or similar circumstances prevent that--contact your partner and me about any swap you must send late. Do not make a habit of sending late; keep your extra circumstances in mind so you do not sign up for more swaps than you can keep up with. But remember that health issues can come up out of nowhere and interfere with your or your partner's sending on time. This has been a chronic problem for me with infections coming and going and returning a couple days after antibiotic ends. If your partner meets all the above conditions, she/he should receive a 5. Do not rate down without contacting you partner and checking her/his profile to see if some special circumstances may have prevented sending on time. This is sender's choice ATC, so even if you don't "like" the ATC, if it meets the above criteria, it should receive a 5. Adding a heart is entirely up to you but (in my humble opinion) should not depend on the inclusion of extrasβsome swappers just cannot afford to do this or send items many of us have more of than we know what to do with. Checking your partners profile may tell you whether or not extras and what kind might be appreciated, but hearts are a matter of joy in the beauty and the delight found in the quality and skilled workmanship seen in the ATC. Use of only stickers on your ATC will not get you a 5 rating. |
