~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY! This is a swap train and the rules are different than most swaps. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I am capping this at 6 participants (myself included) due to the time involved. If you end up last on the list you may not get your seed until April or May. I will adjust the final send by date according to the number of participants we end up with. If few people sign up we can be done quickly. If I get 6 participants we will start ASAP. Reliable swappers only. Nobody wants to wait while you dawdle around with the package. Move your swap along when it is your turn so we can all get planting. You MUST have at least 30 rated type 2 or 3 swaps on your profile in order to join. Sorry newbies, your time will come. I will remove participants who I feel are not a good match for this swap, or who exceed the 6 person limit. No one with unsent/late swaps, a history of late sending, or unresolved 1s will be allowed. I WILL START THE SWAP by sending out a large envelope of flower and vegetable seeds to my partner. It will contain at least 10 packets of seed. When she receives she will look through the packet, take what seeds she wants, refill it, and send it to her partner, and so on. Do not send until it is your turn and you receive the package. I am allowing 1 week travel time between swappers and 1 week for each person to choose seeds before sending. Of course you do not have to keep the envelope that long, if you make a decision and want to send in two days, that's great, too. Take as many seeds as you want, just be sure there are at least 10 different kinds of seed in the envelope when you send it on. Please notify me and rate your partner when you receive. Communication is essential here. Seed packets must be recent, from 2017, 2018, or 2019. Flowers, herbs or vegetables, sender's choice. They can be open and partially used, but taped shut during transit. You can also send seed you collected from your garden but you must identify it either with a common name or scientific name. NO dollar store seeds, please. They have a low germination rate. Contact me if there are any questions, problems or delays. I would rather have questions up front than misunderstandings and hurt feelings later. |
