Keep in mind, too that in a good tryptich, each of the three images can stand alone or in combination with each of the other two, as art, so take some time to compose each and all three.

I'm confused a bit; the patterns and directions I have for a tripthych is for one ATC that folds so that when opened it forms three pictures, not three separate cards.So this is not what you are looking for here? Here are some links:

Autumn Rain You can do it that way too. When I participated in this swap before we did three seperate ones so that we could put them in the card sleeves. Feel free to do it which ever way you would like if you are going to join my swap. Thanks for asking.

That sort of shrine-like triptych hadn't even occurred to me, but now that I check out that URL, I see what you mean. I'm kinda a stuck in the "fine arts painting" frame of mind when I hear words like Triptych and such, which explains my confusion about it! ;)

I like both ways, but I may do the shrine-like one now that I see it!

hi, new to swap-bot so bear with me! ;) so... 2 partners means I have to make two triptychs right? also... if I'm reading the comments correctly the triptych can be 1 picture across 3 card OR shrine style? otherwise 3 separate cards makes no sense because that would just be a theme right? thanks for allowing newbies!
