Sorry to be a a spoilsport, but you are offering here a free pass for anybody with any kind of low ratings to "boost". Ratings exist for a purpose. Even if you want to give persons who have been rated unfairly low, or those who have been rated correctly low but are making an effort to improve, still, there have to be SOME RULES. Some hosts have the rules "no 1s or 3s within last 6 months" some "no UNRESOLVED 1s or 3s", meaning low ratings which have not been satisfactorily responded to, for the public to see. Some hosts simply state, "I will read read profiles carefully".

What are you doing to vet your swap? My sincere suggestion is that you have a look at this thread & also this

Again, this is not an attempt to rain on your parade, but when I read "rating requirement 0.00", I couldn't not intervene/interfere.
