Can it be a PC that you color?

You say any medium. Does that include digitally created? People have said that’s not real art yet I take more time to create and perfect digital art than paper crafting. So I don’t mean just printing a digital image. I use Photoshop to put together images, brushes, backgrounds, words, to look good. I use many filters and effects to make things look 3D or to conjur a particular mood. I use design principles like color theory, the rules of 3, balance, movement, and so on. Okay I’ve just really wanted to explain that to anybody. It’s fine if you say not digital. 😄🦚☘️🌻

@kraftylady777 @jenmcjen @dancingtiger I messaged all of you :) For any others - the answers are : Yes it can be a Colouring Postcard , yes it can be a Digitally made Postcard (as long as you spend the time on it like any other) & I have switched the swap to a type 3 as it is homemade :) @mgallardo68 please stop commenting on all my swaps . I specifically state that I am going through profiles before assigning partners . Everyone was new at some point!
