This swap is not for sissies. I'm asking for about 2 hours of your day every day for all month! Being as such, you must have been rated for 20 type 3 swaps to join.
Journal can be a handmade or junk journal. If you use a store bought book, decorate it a bit to make it your own. I personally grab papers as I leave the house so all I'm carrying all day is paper and I put it in the box at the end of the day and bind it later.
Does not have to be handwritten. Can do it on computer and print it out or print out portions and hand write parts. Be sure to include your username on the front cover.
You must fulfill all 6 requirements every day for the month.
Requirement 1- Set a goal on first page or back of front cover. Not a weight loss goal. Something else. Every day, try to do something towards it, even if you can only plan that day or break down the goal into smaller steps, do something towards it. Tell your partner how it went. If you reach your goal, you may set a new one or not, up to you. You may set more than one goal to start with, but if you do, you need to do something towards each goal each day.
Ideas for goal: clean house, start a business, get a job or better job, improve relationships with those around you, be nicer, be loving towards that unloving person you have to interact with, do a charitable thing each day, raise money for a charity,
Requirement 2- Every day, try to do 30 minutes of movement. Even if all you can do is chair dancing, do something! Tell your partner how you feel and what you chose to do.
Requirement 3- Write down what you eat and drink. EVERYTHING YOU EAT AND DRINK! Give a carb estimate. You can find out how many carbs are in something by googling or reading the back of the box. Remember, carbs on boxes are per serving, so multiply by how many servings you ate or drank.
Requirement 4- Do 30 minutes of something you enjoy that relaxes you. Tell your partner about it.
Requirement 5- health check in. How do you feel? Be honest.
Requirement 6- One or more paragraphs each day about normal journal stuff.
