Have you ever been flaked on !

I've been seeing a lot of people flake on swaps and it's really upsetting so I decided that I wanted to cheer people up by hosting another swap! For this one, you can vent about the person that flaked on you! Let's use either notecards or letters for this one - no postcards, please!

If you are going to flake than please don't join, this is not a swap for you. I will be checking profiles - if you're not active before the deadline I'll have to ban you, given the nature of the swap and the theme of flaking. Please have a well filled out profile for me to look at.
