Description:
This is a simple swap. You will have two partners and create two Halloween themed ATC's. You will be sending one ATC to each partner. ATCs are 2.5 X 3.5. Have fun and get creative. The only requirement for this swap is one atc to each of your two partners. Two Partners= one atc each, . Include your name and swap name.
