Description:

I started picking up the "Make Someone's Day" swaps for WIYM and wanted to bring them back for all of swap-bot ^^ I decided to begin the series over starting at #1 since there have been so many postage increases since this series originally began.

These were hosted by @florenceantonette as a popular series for quite some time. She is on a break from swap-bot at this time.

Time to swap some happy mail! ^^

And now it will be 55 cents instead of 50c with the 2019 postage increase...

(: Choices are limitless- notecards, memo sheets, blank postcards, art you have made [like artist trading cards, inchies, twinchies, tiles],tags, ephemera, odds and ends...!

The nitty gritty:

2 partners

1 oz goodies MINIMUM to each partner [you can send more, but try to keep it to 1 oz for postage!] Just use your best judgement for weight - I do not expect anyone to pull out a postal scale, just to clarify!*

SEND ONLY THINGS YOU WOULD BE HAPPY TO RECEIVE!

It needs to be said that there have been issues with swappers tossing some pieces of paper in an envelope and calling it a day. That is NOT okay.

decorate the envie in some way!

4.95+ rating, no recent 1s or 3s unexplained

10 or more type 2 and/or 3 swaps

Happy to welcome newbies that have a decent amount of experience under their belt. You will have 1 week from the signup deadline to send out everything(:

So one more time!

  1. Pick out 1 ounce of awesome goodies for each partner and put them in an envelope.

  2. Decorate those envelopes!

  3. Address and send off!

Do you have an actual scale to weigh the items, or is there another way to gauge whether the items are at least one ounce?

@Thunderbird in all honesty I would say use your best judgement, that's what I usually do. Perhaps I should make an edit on this one.
