I have had anxiety for years and was recently diagnosed with depression. This swap is for those in the same boat as me! However, I will allow people with any type of mental health, or those who know people who suffer from mental health issues.

Please tell us your journey and provide a TRIGGER WARNING! Feel free to share as much or as little as you want. It is your story to tell so you are under no obligation to give all your information if you do not want to.

Extras are always nice but NOT REQUIRED! Rate a five if you get a letter about your partner's journey. Do not rate down if you do not think they put every detail in there. Again, it is their story to tell.

I'm so sorry that you are suffering from anxiety and depression. I know how hard it is. I also had problems like this in the past and was looking for ways to cope with them. One of them was taking natural supplements like gaba with l-theanine which helped me relax and reduce stress. I'm not saying this is a solution for everyone, but it might be worth a try. Of course, you should consult your doctor before taking anything. I hope you find your path to healing and happiness. You are not alone in this struggle.
