For this swap, you will write a poem reflecting on the month and send it to your partner.

You will only have ONE partner for this swap and yes, it is international.

The poem can be written any way you like. Minimum of six lines though. So if you would like to do a Haiku, have two parts of it.

I am happy to angel for this swap if necessary, but I trust that you will all send it.

This swap will be held each month of the year as a bit of time for reflection.

I'm sorry the year is starting on such a low note, workwise and then physically -- although I'm assume you feel the physical misery is a kind of reflections of the anxiety of work. To look on the bright side, possibly by this time next year the whole siuation will be changed possibly very much for the better. I hope so. And its okay to cry, better than not crying and making yourself sicker.
