Start February 2020 differently with Weekly Journaling prompts as Lists which you will reflect on and then write 1 list for 1 week. At the end of the 4 lists for the 4 weeks in February, send it to your swap partner along with 4 flat items which can be a combination of senderโs choice + swap partnerโs likes to make it into a Happy Mail.
List 1 for Week 1 (Week 6 of 2020): List the things (from your past and present) that feel like blockades in the way of happiness.
List 2 for Week 2 (Week 7 of 2020): List the greatest compliments and encouragement you have ever been given.
List 3 for Week 3 (Week 8 of 2020): List the things you like to do that do not involve technology.
List 4 for Week 4 (Week 9 of 2020): List all the little things that happened this week that brought you joy.
TAKE Action: Take 5 minutes each morning this month to reflect on your list before you start your day. You have so much to take joy in; trust in your inner wisdom.
