Description:

TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK!

In this swap you will have TWO collaboration partners for YOUR PC. But you will also be either a sentiment and/or an embellishment person in two other people's PC build. Bottom Line: You will be involved in 3 separate PC builds. Message me if you need more clarification! :) Everything is sender's choice, so do YOU. That's where the magic will happen!

*By joining this swap, you consent to have your address mailed to your team members in order to complete the build. Addresses must be sent manually with the background PC in order for everyone to know who is on the team. The swap-bot algorithm can not do this for us.

Open to newbies with a ROBUST profile. No 1 or 3's in the last 6 months, but please message me the circumstances if you still want in.

INSTRUCTIONS:

You create a backdrop for a standard 6 in x 4 in Postcard (PC). Decorate it however you wish-- ANYTHING GOES. The only rule is that it must remain generally flat and must be of sturdy material that is mail worthy.

-PUT YOUR MAILING ADDRESS ON THE BACK OF THE PC, and add a note to the back of the PC (leave space for two other people.)

-Send the PC base to your first listed partner (aka Person 2) in an envelope, and include two copies of a note that has everyone's addresses from your "People You Send To" link on swap-bot.

-Mail it out to Person 2 within 72-hours of the swap start date.

Person 2 will:

-Provide the sentiment for the PC. Think about your use of space as the next person will have to embellish your sentiment and the overall card. Quotes, poems, lyrics, sayings, anything goes!!— just keep it positive! You can stamp it, print and glue it, hand letter, —be creative.

-Add a line of encouragement to the back of the PC. (save room for one other person.)

-Mail the PC in an envelope to Person 3 with the extra copy of the addresses.

Person 3 will:

-Provide the embellishment for the PC. Be creative! Again, secure embellishments as best you can. Think post office survivability.

-Add the third and final line of encouragement to the back of the PC.

-Mail the finished PC to Person 1 (already listed on the postcard), naked and stamped if you can. But feel free to seal it in an envelope if it makes sense to best protect PC from the machine sorter at the post office.

The final PC must be dropped in the post to Person 1 no later than 20 March 2020, so everyone must work quickly. Try to mail the PC out within 72 hours of receipt.

Award a 5 to your partners if you receive the completed PC regardless if it matches your taste. Hearts if you receive it earlier!! Feel free to let teammates know when the PC is on the move via Swap-bot messages.

Thanks for trying this swap! I heard about it on YouTube but am not sure where it started. If you know of someone who has done this in the past, please message me their name so I can give them proper respect and credit!! Thank you!

Shout out to WolfEagle who started a similar swap like this! She reached out to me and provided some great tips for this to work better!
