Hello @Artistic you have examples but they don't go with the themes of each week or am I the one confused? I am sorry!!

The themes are a way to add a bit of focus to the weekly mailers. You can create a packet that is entirely based on the theme or you can create one that in some way addresses the theme. I have tweaked the description for clarity.

Here are two examples for you:

A) Packet contains note or letter telling your partner how you found this site, a printout of your very first Swap-bot swap as something to read, and all the components for your partner to replicate what you made in that swap as something to do/try (you could also create a private swap for you and your partner to replicate that swap).

This version has everything in the weekly packet related to the theme.

B) Packet contains a note about how you found the site and includes the swap name/number of a favorite early swap you did so your partner can look it up if she wants. It also includes a copy of your church bulletin to read or maybe a gently used novel in topic your partner's profile indicates she likes, and an ATC kit as a surprise to do or try.

This version has the note to address the theme and then fulfills the other requirements in a generic way.

Each week's packet is done on your creativity, budget and time constraints. I generally follow the "give as you'd like to be given unto" as a model.

Ladies: Given the restrictions and community curfews being set across the country, if you haven't done so already you can send this week and next week in one package. It will cut down on post office trips for some. Please still label so your partner knows which envelope/packet is for which week.

In addition, I have extended the mail by date to the end of April if anyone needs/wants some extra time.

Please pray for one another, practice social distancing, and wash your hands.

I mailed out week 4 and 5 today! I thought with all that is going on, it is best to send the rest! I hope you enjoy it and it will brighten your day!

I got to the post office and a few minutes before that our Governor announced our county was added to the Stay At Home. We have been doing this already for two weeks. The post office lady thought you couldn't mail anything because people must stay home. I saw post offices are essential. Anyway glad to send it the rest of the weeks out.

A Week 4 Priority Mail package went out to my partner yesterday. I'll post the tracking # when it surfaces again (it was that kind of day yesterday).

I got a package today, I haven't opened it yet.
