Description:

For this swap you will be creating a fantasy or science fiction story with other members of this group.

To start:

You will think up a title to your story and write your name, address, and date in the right hand corner. Write the first ten sentences. Put it in an envelope and send off to your partner.

For further rounds, just to look ahead so you can see where this is going, you will add ten more sentences every time you receive a story. Add your name and date either at the end of your writing or the margin if there is room so it is able to be determined who wrote what when. You may send it back to the original owner while it is in the middle of the story. It is up to members to decide how long it is, but it should have been swapped at least 4 times.

If you are ending it, if you feel it is necessary you can write 5-15 sentences to close it up properly (as opposed to the usual 10 sentences), then put a stamp on it and mail it back to the "starter" located in the right hand corner of the first page.

As this is international, if you don't have a story in future rounds, start a new one. If you wind up with multiple stories you may send up to two stories to your partner, provided it's not an extra "starter" you just made. we want to keep the writing moving so that starters will eventually end home finish!

If for some reason in the future you have other member's stories, and no longer wish to participate in these swaps; please send them to me to pass along.

Group rating applies, along with logging in three days before swap start with no late swaps on dash. Please refrain from licking envelopes at this time.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
