We will swap one ATC with a vintage retro, altered art style theme to one international partner. Who can resist the sweetness of pink, red, lace, pearls, hearts, all things glitter! Have fun with it take your time & be creative! This is open to newbies with complete profiles. I've been asked about the vintage theme & to clarify truly art is in my opinion pretty open minded so as long as you have some vintage in the piece you may add anything else that you feel is creatively needed. The retro / vintage could be from old greeting cards, sepia photos, cabinet cards, text, packaging, etc.
